Beddy Pets Shipping Policy

At Beddy Pets, we’re committed to delivering your furry friend’s new favorite bed or toy as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to United States and Hong Kong S.A.R.. We are working to ship to other countries/regions soon.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress through our shipping carrier’s website.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. The final shipping fee and delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes are not supported at this time.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address), we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship the order. Additional shipping fees may apply.
